We accommodate couples and single travelers, sorry we are not setup for children or pets.
Free high speed Wi-Fi internet covers the building, conditions do apply. Fresh beach towels are supplied daily on request.
In the winter the building is gas fire heated, common lounge and dining room are located on the ground floor.

Arrival and Departure Times

Early arrival time is 01:00pm and late departure time is 11.00am. We normally close at 10:00pm, if arriving later please advise in advance.

On Arrival

On arrival please park in the guest carpark located at the rear of the building, using the side lane. Enter the building using the rear door located just off the carpark.

We will assist you with your baggage to your room and explain the additional features and services that we provide.
All sporting equipment, bikes or other items for storage can be stored in the garage off the carpark.
Motor cycles can be locked in our undercover garage.

The carpark has personal/security night lighting..

Breakfast

Breakfast can be served either on own veranda or in the dining room. If the veranda is wet under foot, cold or windy then we will use the dining room.
Please note we do not serve breakfast in your bed room.
If requiring an earlier than normal eating time, please request on arrival.
The dining room has several different tables and normally the TV is set to the news/weather.

Room Service

Rooms are serviced daily from end of breakfast thu to midday, this includes the following:-

Make bed
Vacum floor
Wash utensil's
Change towels
Remove breakfast dishes
Replace used consumables

Normally this takes about 20min to complete and is carried out between breakfast and noon.

Rooms Types

King bed with spa en suite and queen with shower en suite, all have own veranda, tinted sliding doors with fly screens leading onto own veranda. Veranda's do not have passing traffic.
All rooms are located on the upper level with broken views of beach/bay and township.
All rooms have small fridge, additional fridge space is also available on request. Tea/coffee making with biscuits and milk supplied. HDTV and DVDs with a large selection of free home movies available on request. Modern low noise split air, self controlled unit is fitted to each room. A ceiling vent is also fitted to allow freash air to vent into the room.
Electric blankets can be fitted on request from guest.
Back to panel smoke detectors are fitted to all rooms.

Cooking on Site

As we cook for all guests the kitchen is not available for guest use.
If eating take away, we offer the dining room area and or what ever utensils

you may require.

We have a BBQ available for our guests and will also supply required utensils on request.
